In October 2018, Rabab Saleh joined the Chair of Technology Management at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nürnberg. Since then, she has been working as a lecturer and as a research assistant involving teaching, thesis supervision, research, and organizational activities.
In addition, she pursues her Ph.D. degree at the Chair and focuses on sustainability transitions and their implication on large firms. Prior to that, she completed her master’s degree in Development Economics and International Studies at the Institute of Economics at Friedrich-Alexander University.
Research interests
In her research, Rabab Saleh focuses on the interaction between large companies in the energy and mobility sectors and the sustainability transitions. She is mainly concerned with how firms design and implement strategies for sustainable technology development, and what internal and external challenges they face in the process. Her research aims to develop solutions for businesses, that facilitate the transition to sustainable technologies and innovation systems.
