New York, New York: International Start-up Hubs in our ITMRS Seminar
As part of the FAU Visiting Professor Program, Marc Balcke visited the Chair of Technology Management from June 20-25, 2022.
The visit focused on the International Technology Management Research Seminar with the topic “Technology Entrepreneurship in International Start-up Hubs”. Marc Balcke, Corporate Controller at Noom, Inc. in New York City, USA, gave the students detailed insights into working in a global healthtech company. He also shared his experience gained as a senior manager at Deloitte and during his studies and work in many different countries (France, Germany, Switzerland, USA).
The visit was rounded off by joint networking activities and a guided tour of the Museum for Industrial Culture in Nuremberg. We sincerely thank Marc for his visit and hope to welcome him to FAU in further events.
